🎯A HUGE return on a small investment!🎯
Our big online conversation with residents across the east of England ended yesterday - using our Safe Spaces technology, the East of England Ambulance Service was able to:
a) present a very early draft of their next five-year strategy that we co-created with staff and stakeholders, and
b) invite residents to say what they feel is strong, wrong or missing.
Psychological safety and deep dive analytics are baked into our technology and methods, this means EEAST has gathered contributions and insight that can be trusted. And the people who were involved are guarantee to have their voices heard and responded to.
What's the key takeaway?
The ambulance service has:
• gained more fans😍,
• checked, challenged and enhanced its strategy in a matter of days, not months and months (saving 💷💷 👏),
• learned a lot about how the people they serve feel about them and how they communicate 💬💭, and
• increased the trust across staff in their emerging strategy, too📈.
Like we say, a huge return on a small investment! 👏
We love working with #NHSTrusts who are brave enough to throw open their conversations to patients and the public. Because who better to help shape the future of a service, than the #serviceusers themselves?
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust's region is home to over 6 million people across #Bedfordshire, #Hertfordshire, #Essex, #Norfolk, #Suffolk, and #Cambridgeshire.
