We are hiring an HR Business Partner
Global Napi Pharmaceuticals seeks a talented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic HR team. As our HRBP, you will be pivotal in partnering with key business units to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support our overall growth objectives. Job Title: HR Business Partner Responsibilities: • Recruiting the right talents • Supporting employee development plans. • Planning strategic HR initiatives • Updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness. • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions. • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization. • Anticipate future workforce needs, and recommend data-driven solutions. • Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices. Job Requirements: • Proven work experience of 2-4 years in Human Resources as a Generalist or Business Partner working in Analytics, KPIs, and Performance with a pharmaceutical or medical background. • HR Certificate/Diploma is a plus. • Experience working in a multicultural environment. • Excellent English Language • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment • Have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting to recruit the right talents. • Have solid knowledge of labour legislation. • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interview audits for accuracy and compliance.
