I'm so intrigued by the look and feel of the future workforce, especially with the hot topic of AI. Good news - people are still incredibly important. AI will automate tasks, but human decision-making is crucial for interpreting AI insights. According to this article by Korn Ferry, 44% of the workforce will need new skills, so upskilling and adaptability are key.
