Here’s the top intern advice I give to help them earn a full time offer: “Communicate to the point of almost being annoying.” What does that mean? It means EVERYDAY, you need to: - Communicate capacity & upcoming deadlines to teams - Communicate regularly with your staffer - Communicate questions & clarity on work products Overcommunication shows good judgement & helps your teams This is what your team members seek in top interns. Be a top intern they want to work with full time!

Our 2023/2024 Interns Leigh Woodward, Edward Sinclair, Rebecca Pullock and Olive Huang have made a big impression during their three months with the company. From writing new test software, to transforming a test jig from around 1m long to a tiny box, to creating a database for our requirements gathering, this team has been busy!
