The growth within the fintech, and broader tech markets, is accelerating daily. This expansion is further evidenced by the evolving environments defined by industry players, highlighting the rapid development of the sector. Lending tech, a subset of fintech, is poised for substantial growth, potentially capturing over 50% of the market share in the future.   For new-age companies targeting existing B2B customers, a critical internal focus has been on business transformation, especially within the B2C market. The emphasis is on enabling consumers to quickly access applications and services. Behind the scenes, various teams, including application, network, and security, play essential roles in enhancing customer reach and user experience. This transformation journey, whether in B2B or B2C contexts, is fundamentally disruptive. From a use case perspective, we are aiding our customers across numerous domains. In the B2C market, the priority is on rapidly delivering applications or experiences to users. However, an internal review reveals critical aspects such as employee access to essential applications and the agility and security of cloud services. While external factors are significant, the internal security landscape also requires attention. With India nearing a billion smartphone users, split into around 300 to 400 million users in urban areas, the security of mobile applications connecting to corporate infrastructures, such as banking or payment systems, is paramount. Ensuring infrastructure security is crucial, but securing the end-to-end channel from mobile applications to the backend is equally important. While security measures are in place, there is room for improvement in the connectivity model. This is an area where we are currently assisting our customers, working closely with many in the fintech and banking sectors to enhance this aspect in the coming months.
