We were tasked to hire a large number of proffessionals within the given deadline. 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, Each department, HR, IT admin , finance had its own priorities and schedules, Few started mentioninig we cannot onboard them so quickly, we need to configure laptops.. Email ID have to be created etc. Recognizing the importance of coming together and working, I selected key representatives from each department,emphazing on their unique contribution. 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 where engineering team struggled defining technical requirements, marketing team needed to align the employer brand with candidate expectations, & finance had to manage budget constraints Through regular meetings, these challenges were turned into opportunities. All the team were aligned to acheive this. 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞, we were not only able to onboard these resource on time, but also excedded exceeded the client's expectations by bringing in top talent.
