A Large Language Model Walks into a Psychology Lab, and the Doctor Prescribes Open Source model for a healthy gut biome and clear conscience. This study evaluated 40 different large language models (LLMs), putting them through a battery of tests derived from cognitive psychology. These tests were designed to assess various behaviours and decision-making processes. The study found that Open-source models, often developed by the broader tech community, exhibited less "risky behaviour" compared to the heavily-resourced, proprietary models from major tech companies. 🙄 https://lnkd.in/eY4K73Ve
