I've been in marketing for almost 15 years 😱 and spent the majority of that time focused on paid media; Google Ads, sponsorships, display ads, paid social, and so on. But I think I have a new favorite... Content. 📝 When you really dig deep into content's place in the marketing mix, it touches everything. It supports SEO rankings and inbound traffic. It's ad copy. It's sales enablement and lead nurturing. It's case studies and social proof. It's brand storytelling. ...and the list goes on. It also forces you to really know and understand your ICP and match content topics and formats based on ICP intent and behavior. It's more than just getting the click. It's serving a solution to a problem and building value, simultaneously. With all that being said, let's not bury the lede any longer!
