We're looking for someone to help us as we scale from $20M --> $100M. For the right person, I think this is a pretty unique opportunity for a few reasons... - You'll oversee a *unified* data & revops org. Currently with 7 very talented folks and growing. At Circle we don't silo out data from revops. We view the org holistically. - Revops & data is the backbone of our GTM org - your work touches (literally) every function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Construct analytic solutions to solve client's business problems, develop pricing/SOWs and push through signature. Manage all aspects of client campaigns, providing excellent client service while maximizing business opportunities. Initiate, implement, and inspire a big picture vision around deliverables. Establish and grow strong relationships with client stakeholders by demonstrating industry knowledge and attention to detail. Work with the Analytics team to gauge campaign performance and KPIs to determine performance, then relating actionable next steps to clients. Produce/oversee timely, accurate, and effective weekly client performance recommendations, reporting/analysis, and quarterly results analysis. Proactively improve and create efficiencies by capitalizing on opportunities to automate and improve department processes. Become a trusted analytic expert for the Quad sales and marketing team. Articulate the business questions under consideration and how the analytic approach will address those questions. Understands the source, accuracy, and meaning of data elements included in analyses you are managing. Exhibits healthy skepticism for the form and function of each selection and analysis. With assistance, determine meaningful insights by applying the appropriate marketing metrics leveraging response reporting. Manage multiple channel projects from beginning to end.
