🌟 Exciting Announcement 🌟 I'm feeling both grateful and vulnerable as I share this post with you all. Recently, I had the honor of participating in the Nestlé challenge, where I poured my heart and soul into crafting a pitch that I believed in. Out of 106 participants, I was humbled to be chosen as one of the finalists to present my idea. Receiving the certificate for this achievement should have filled me with pride, but instead, I find myself grappling with a mix of emotions. Despite the recognition, I can't shake this feeling of plainness, as if I haven't truly achieved anything significant. Has anyone else ever experienced something similar? How did you navigate these emotions and find clarity and purpose in your accomplishments? I'm sharing this vulnerability because I believe that growth and success often come hand in hand with moments of doubt and uncertainty. And while it's easy to focus on the destination, it's the journey—the lessons learned, the challenges overcome, and the personal growth—that truly shape us. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to some incredible individuals who have played a pivotal role in my growth journey and the success of pitching my idea in the recent Nestlé challenge. Edmond Ate ,Uchechukwu E. O. , Cristina Vásquez , and Emmanuel Jago , your unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement have meant the world to me. Your insights, feedback, and belief in my abilities have propelled me forward, giving me the confidence to step onto the stage and share my vision with the world. At 2b Limitless, we deeply value our relationship with Kraft Heinz and it was fantastic to reconnect with their dynamic team this week. Our session focused on the vital aspects of developing personal brands and enhancing brand equity. One of the highlights was delving into the power of a growth mindset and the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) in career progression. We drew inspiration from Jeff Bezos’ famous quote: “Your brand is what people say about you when you're not in the room.” This thought-provoking idea led us to ask: What do you want people to say about you when you are not there? Understanding and shaping this narrative is incredibly powerful. During the session, we explored participants’ strengths using the CliftonStrengths enabling them to identify and build on their areas of strength. Equally important was recognizing areas of weakness to manage around them effectively. By knowing your narrative and exploring the perceptions others might have of you, you can bridge the gap between the two. This self-awareness and proactive approach to personal branding are key to achieving long-term career success and fulfillment.
