The idea is rooted in the moment of truth for any person who's basically involved with an insurance company as a customer, which is basically claims. The most pain point for our customers are the claims and then that's when we narrow down. We only are going to talk about claims and our claims experience. Somebody who pitched to us for this, they actually came up with the idea of that's it. Let me why ideating and there was a a strategy guy. He just sat one day and we were thinking we were like thinking about how can we possibly say that this is such an easy process? And I think this is blurted it out or you texted the next day. He's like, bro, what if you just say like, that's it. And we're like, what do you mean? That's it? He's like, no, that's it, That's digit. And then all of us are like, ohh, every year we actually have very interesting, intriguing. Themes I remember last year we had like a lot of property damage because of elephants. Similarly for car there are a lot of coconut related damages and it's something that, you know, it's so common and people claim for these things. So we thought, you know, let's take these stories from our data and then kind of bring that into our film. So we want to take this kind of a story and actually show that yes, these things do happen and bizarre things do happen and our processes will make sure that even for a bizarre incident your claims. Experiences. That's it. Well, it's time directing him, but I think he embodies a personality of coolness and calmness. I think he's fun, he's calm, he's cool, he's chill, he takes it easy. He relaxes, especially when he like dances on the field and stuff. He's got that mischievousness in him. I feel like that, like it's the personality of the brand. Like while of course what we do is serious. That's it is also a moment of joy that we are capturing in the journey. So while damages or getting into a small accident is going through some kind of area where you had a problem, but what we want to focus on is the the customer is coming to us. What could be the slight movement of delight that we could still bring in their life where things are not going right. So that is what that's it is. Who won action? Really. 321 Action. That. They loot the customers and pay the money to these brand ambassadors These so-called brand ambassadors are shameless spineless and worthless. They will never pass your claim there coordinator will just play games with you my 2 wheeler is lying at workshop since 5th Dec no progress at all and when customer service is connected they are more useless and when raise complaints they will say we tried calling but where unable to connect pathetic company full of fraud

Fraud company Digit Insurance. You receive a quote from their sales team with some add ons and after making payment they defraud you and not add provide you with the add ons in your insurance as per the quote.

My claim for health insurance was approved from Digit. And I have received the claim settlement letter as well on mail. But I haven't received the reimbursement amount yet and in the Digit App it's showing claim is closed. How can you close the claim and share the settlement letter without reimbursement of amount. Your helpline number customer care says that there is account name mismatch. You guys can't fraud us or anything else. I have shared passbook image of both of the insured persons, how can the name be mid-matched. I got call from your end to share account details if primary holder of policy and I did shared that. Still it's going that bad in progress. Very very pathetic situation. Policy No-D147362805

Sorry to say that people directly say No to Digit insurance when u buy and new bike Car and truck because I and my friend had met with a accident on 9th December night and my new access 125 is only 2or 3 months old the bike is completely damaged by a car drive then the next day I took to the near suzuki service centre for claim my insurance but it took around 15 to 20 day just for survey and then later I was said that I will only get 78k for insurance claim in that also there was a process that I need to release the bike from the showroom and give to insurance person he would pay first 45k this will the first payment from insurance and then that amount I need to pay in the bank as my vehicle was been finance if I pay 45k to finance persone and give them the receipt of 45k then the insurance person will give the rest of the amount that is around 28k something and that amount also i need to pay to finance and get the noc to the claim the insurance i say then y do we guy make insurance just to pay the finance amount or to make repair or bike when it's occurred or met with a accident even after payy fince 78k still i hve spending amount of 125k twhich i hve to pay to finance then what is use of make insurance

Frauds! Beware of Unfair Claim Rejection" "I recently had a rodent bite damage my vehicle and submitted a claim to Godigit Insurance. To my dismay, they denied my claim, citing pre-existing damage based on service records from March and April 2024. Despite a recent inspection by my service center confirming the new damage, Godigit insisted on rejecting the claim. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I urge potential customers to carefully consider their options before choosing Godigit Insurance. Their claim settlement process seems to prioritize rejecting claims rather than honoring their policy obligations. Dont all for cheaper premiums like i did. Cheaters #godigitgeneralinsurance
