Working parents polled in a new survey by the International Workplace Group have cited flexible working arrangements as the number one factor in reducing the stress of the school holidays. Almost 40% of parents said hybrid working was the primary solution to helping them manage childcare responsibilities, saying that it gives them greater control over their schedules while also enabling them to cut down on the commute and work closer to home.
