Over the next 3 days we will be at the headquarters of the Financial Times in London for the third module of our Advanced Leadership Program for Women. These three days follow on from the first two modules in Copenhagen and will continue to equip the participants with tools and insights to strengthen their leadership competencies. Simon Lancaster, the top speechwriter, TEDx speaker and Executive Fellow of Henley Business School, led the session today with a focus on speech-writing and leadership communication. From the foundations of Aristotelian rhetoric to value-based speech-writing, Simon helped the participants gain the tools and confidence to communicate with impact. The day ended on the roof of the Financial Times, after a tour of the historic building.
