Your business and Client Outcomes, Benchmarking I have had a lot of feedback and questions from my presentation at The Business of ABA conference last weekend, specifically around client outcomes and why is it something that will set your business up for future stability. Payors are creating benchmarking for ABA businesses, whether we want them to or not. It is so important that we, as clinicians, dictate the client outcomes that will make the best impact on the clients we serve. But how does collecting that data help? I'm glad you asked. Participation in the National Autism Data Registry (NADR) is the first and only providers' platform focusing on benchmarking operational and clinical outcomes for ABA businesses. In the latest update to the YEF Toolkit, we publish evidence on the effectiveness of Functional Family Therapy (FFT). Our analysis shows that on average, FFT is likely to have a moderate impact on violent crime. However, the research on FFT is weak and there is a lot of variation in the results.
