HR Directors, Chief People Officers, Awesomeness inside..... DOH! We all want to lead our people to the very best Health insurance options. There are options and strategies that are risk averse. They may not create as much commission for your broker, so you may not get to see them..... The bigger problem for you is staying within budget and convincing the CFO that change is good and the savings are real. Don't try to be the best at spreadsheeting options or explaining the technical Health Insurance jargon. If your broker is solid they should be doing this for you. If your broker is lazy like Homer they are not introducing options and not preparing you to share with CFO's etc. Don't follow the donuts, it's a trap.
