Leading Client Success at PayShepherd | Bridging Technology and Traditional Practices | Follow for Industry-Leading Insights
I was tired of dealing with problems that caused tens of millions of dollars in disputes. Now, I’m helping prevent them. For over a decade, I worked in the oil and gas industry, managing projects and contracts. It was a high-stress environment where a single mistake could cost millions. One of the biggest headaches? Reconciling data between contractors and clients. It led to contentious relationships and long days spent trying to fix problems that just kept coming back. Then, I heard about PayShepherd. They were tackling the exact problem that had made my job so challenging. Instead of being on the front lines of those disputes, I realized I could be part of the solution. So, I made the leap. Now, I help companies avoid the same issues that caused me so much stress in the past. Instead of battling against a broken system, I’m working to fix it. What’s your ‘leap-of-faith’ story? I’d love to hear. 👇

Founder and CEO @CloseOut | We create software that addresses longstanding challenges in fieldwork quality management
Companies opting for CloseOut embrace excellence in their field operations Week by week, during CloseOut demo presentations with potential customers, I notice a growing number of companies eager to involve digital tools and change their approach to managing fieldwork quality standards. However, some recognize their quality management issues but are not yet ready to fully address and control them. It's crucial to confront these issues promptly—the sooner, the better. Acknowledging that something is not properly controlled is the first step toward resolving the problem and organizing things correctly. In today's fast-paced technological landscape, the quality of work significantly impacts the quality of services offered. Ignoring the necessity of quality management is a serious oversight. Elevating quality management in field operations should be a strategic goal set by senior and executive management and communicated throughout the organization. As someone from the Balkans, I must say that the understanding and management of fieldwork quality are evolving in our region faster than ever before. I am pleased to see more companies reflecting on and changing their policies towards better quality management, increasingly adopting digital solutions like CloseOut. For service operators, this will enhance the quality of their services to customers, while for general contractors, it will boost their competitiveness in global markets and open up new opportunities. Digital solutions are designed to enhance our efficiency and work quality. It's essential to explore these technologies to remain competitive; otherwise, sticking to outdated methods may reduce your market competitiveness and risk your business's survival. #closeout #fieldworkqualitymanagement #mindsetchange #telecom #energy #utilities
