Creative block “can’t” be frustrating, It “is” frustrating. Imagine sitting for hours and not being able to come up with an idea at all. I don’t mean not coming up with a fantastic idea but not coming up with the barest minimum … This is a safe space! It’s a common challenge that every creator faces. The key to overcoming it is; I believe is personal so, how do I help myself? I start by taking a break to clear my mind, go for a walk, watch a movie, or even call my man🌚 This helps refresh my thinking and can spark new ideas. Remember, creative block is temporary. Stay persistent, be patient with yourself, and the ideas will eventually return. #creativeblock #motivation #creators

To gauge your value, consider what makes you invaluable to your clients. Are you a problem solver, innovator, and advisor? Are you adaptable, flexible, with extensive knowledge and experience? Recognizing these strengths boosts your self-worth. Don't undersell yourself or cut yourself short.
