PAUSE TO CELEBRATE. Celebration and praise is often reserved for when something seemingly extraordinary has been achieved. But what about the “small wins” and minor challenges we overcome every day – the blocks that build upon one another, adding to the shape of our lives? In this article, reflect on where you could find pause to celebrate these more often. How have to paused today to celebrate something small but significant for you? Goldie Uttamchandani, thank you for this reminder. I took my kids for swimming at 2 pm today - right in the middle of the week. That was my small/big moment to celebrate and share gratitude for my choices and what got me here.
