Hey Community! One common question I get is, "What's life like after therapy?" 🤔 Let's use a piece of corn to explain it! 🌽 Imagine an ear of corn as an emotional trigger. Before my treatment, preparing the corn (addressing triggers) required a bunch of water and time. After my third session, I no longer qualified for a PTSD diagnosis. I wasn't suicidal anymore, and I could see a brighter future. 💪 However, I still have situations where my body reacts due to past trauma. The difference is in how I deal with these triggers now. 🌽 Today, it's like microwaving that corn for four minutes, using an oven mitt for safety, giving it a quick chop, and squeezing out the corn. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! 🌟 My response to triggers is less intense, and I don't have to work as hard to calm myself down. The trauma is still there, but the process is simplified. Check out my video for a deeper dive! #PTSDHealing #PsychedelicTherapy #MDMA https://lnkd.in/eXha5Nq8
