We're kicking off a new venture at LTG, where Christine is stepping into more of a partnership role. It's been such a joy to collaborate so closely with her, over the past couple years and we feel like there are some opportunities out there right now that fit PERFECTLY with our combination of skills. While we're keeping the specifics under wraps for now, this venture aligns perfectly with a realization I've had recently.
I've come to understand the danger of being a perfectionist, of waiting too long to launch something until it's "perfect." In reality, aiming for 100% perfection can often screw us, resulting in products or services that miss the mark. That's why I believe in the power of the 70% rule—the idea that once we've got most of it figured out, it's time to take the plunge.
Launching with 70% allows us to gather crucial feedback from customers early on, ensuring that what we're building truly resonates with them. It's about embracing the concept of a minimally viable product and then iterating relentlessly based on real-world data. This approach, I've found, leads to far more meaningful progress than endlessly tinkering in isolation.
Don't wait for perfection, just set up what you're doing to have really strong feedback mechanisms and be ready to adjust and tweak the airplane in flight!

[LX chief calls 2024 'turning point']
LX Holdings Chairman Koo Bon-joon said Monday he would enhance the group’s crisis response system in a bid to enhance its responsiveness to business uncertainties at home and globally.
“The year 2024 will be an important inflection point as we prepare for the next three years of LX’s leap,” Koo said during this year’s annual shareholders meeting held at the company’s headquarters in Seoul.
Koo’s comments come as LX Group spun off from LG Group in 2021 with key businesses, including trading, chip design and interior materials.
Koo said the group has made efforts to establish a foundation and framework for future sustainable growth amid the rapidly changing external environment.
