Today I had the opportunity to sit with two outstanding business leaders in Jamaica, Mr. David Wan, General Manager- Development Bank of Jamaica (left) and Mr. Milverton Reynold (right), Chairman of the Public Procurement Commission. These men have helped to shape many institutions and are the repository of rich leadership insights and business acumen. The lessons to be learned from seasoned business veterans and sages are invaluable. This should a part of the actionable plan of all aspiring leaders, entrepreneurs and CEOs.
