Excellent work by all parties including the seller and buyer. This was a timely exit by the seller and a strong long-term acquisition for a long-time friend and his family. A couple important takeaways... 1. This is a challenging environment to complete transactions so sellers and buyers need to work together in their mutual best interest once they agree to a deal. 2. Mixed-use properties along major commercial corridors are some of the safest commercial real estate investments out there.
Pumped to get this one across the finish line. We were able to create a competitive environment that produced multiple offers, including a cash-buyer that was willing to get the deal done quickly. A win-win for both the Seller and Buyer.
