Hi all, I have come across a company Resource Pro in Bangalore hiring for US Insurance teamlead since Nov 15th 2023 till date. How come a hiring will extend for 7 months. Are they really hiring or name sake posting it. Are they not able to candidate since such a long time ?? Oh God. Even aptitude test which they conduct with 60 questions , 15 mins time limit only is very tricky to crack and even teamlead candidates should also complete apti test, which is not fair enough. On April 1st week, one of my candidate have cleared 4 rounds in that firm and 5th round director round F2F, he was telling to draft an insurance policy and they rejected him later and it for TL role. They even hire or consider candidates from Accounts or US mortgage background too, But still no proper interview procedure ! And one more thing whoever upload resume in their portal, they ask to update id proof details, which is not necessary, issue date and expiry date. why you need such details to add, None of firms ask all these ReSource Pro ?

The position requires the examiner to review title documents, assess the open liens/judgment and other liabilities that may affect the title to the property. Management of day-to-day shift which encompasses delivery of production & quality SLA. Maintain effective communication & coordination within the team, and ensure healthy working relations. Manage overall performance of the shift in charge off.   Roles & Responsibilities   •       Should have a good understanding of Title Search knowledge. For ex: Limited search, Netro-Online Search, Full Search, Title Examiners, Two Owner Search, Current owner search. •       Should have experience in performing nationwide search with high level of expertise, •       Title Searcher must be an expert in online searches using public websites. such as Netronline and other title plants such as Tapestry, Data Trace, Title Point, Landex, Title Point, TIMS. •       Research respective title plant software, analyze and evaluate pertinent record documents for determination of ownership, legal descriptions, and any connection to title. •       Prepare an accurate and compressive title commitment in accordance with company/client’s examination and policy. procedures. •       Scrutinizing recorded deeds and Mortgages/DTs and other documents which may affect property titles. •       Locating tax records, judgments, liens, mortgages, and bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings. •       Thoroughly researching any conditions or restrictions that may exist on property titles.   • Summarizing pertinent legal or insurance details for examination, proof, or ready reference.   • Reporting research findings on property titles accurately and clearly. •       Providing chain of title, exceptions, and requirements through Title Report •       Strong attention to detail as you read and extract information from the documents, then enter that information into a report or software without error. •       Act as a resource to less experienced team members. •       Maintain proper production levels and delivery standards daily. •       Should be open to work in Day/Night shifts. •       Recommend and advise on process improvement and impact of change and leads initiatives to improve processes and service/products. •       Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships at all key facilities.
