In total, we received 188 nominations! What a huge number 🤩 A local committee assessed the nominations and has already decided who the winners will be. There will be one winner per principle in each country and they will be revealed next Wednesday! Then, the country winners will participate in a final round to find five global winners 🌍

Jose presides over global Excellence, Innovation & Transformation Awards, with 1,000 submissions annually, where only 10% of the entries are selected to run. These are the best of the best, globally. What happens over time with the winners? In 3 years, about 50% of their innovation programs die. In 5 years, 95% disappear. In a decade, 99% become irrelevant. Only 1% of the best of the best remains consistent over time. Only 1% of the winners manage to build a culture behind their innovation and excellence programs. It is incredibly difficult to do so.
