👉 Over the last weeks, we've challenged all the team to nominate their colleagues, departments or projects (from their site or another) and now we will award a person, department or project in each country that represents the best of each principle that shapes Our Formula.
In total, we received 188 nominations! What a huge number 🤩
A local committee assessed the nominations and has already decided who the winners will be.
There will be one winner per principle in each country and they will be revealed next Wednesday!
Then, the country winners will participate in a final round to find five global winners 🌍
Rapid growth comes from diverse perspectives. You may have the best board in the world, but who do you turn to for unbiased, impartial advice and support?

Jose Pires, the CEO of Global Excellence & Innovation and former Senior Executive of Andeavor, Black & Veatch, and Nestlé, talks to Petya Rasheva about the #PathToPower.
Jose presides over global Excellence, Innovation & Transformation Awards, with 1,000 submissions annually, where only 10% of the entries are selected to run. These are the best of the best, globally. What happens over time with the winners? In 3 years, about 50% of their innovation programs die. In 5 years, 95% disappear. In a decade, 99% become irrelevant. Only 1% of the best of the best remains consistent over time. Only 1% of the winners manage to build a culture behind their innovation and excellence programs. It is incredibly difficult to do so.
