Your unplanned mentorship was invaluable. Forget the traditional paths of grad school or film school – right here in San Francisco during the early 90s, I had the incredible opportunity to learn from you guys. Before the era of digital editing and dedicated in-house post-production teams, on occasion, I was fortunate enough to be your eyes and ears, assisting in crafting video pitches for clients like Sega, Porsche, Carls Jr., Isuzu, and Royal Viking (to name a few). Those few years spent alongside you guys, often burning the midnight oil in the edit suite, were truly formative. I'm eternally grateful for your guidance and the lasting influence it's had on my professional journey. It's truly inspiring to see the well-deserved recognition you've received.
