Event set-ups often lack this from a graphic perspective because the groups (sometimes multiple agencies) involved, design the visual elements in isolation. Here are three things you might want to consider if managing visual content for an event: 1. If you are working with a superwide LED wall and 16-9 PiPs - consider overlaying presentation template layouts over superwide backgrounds (as they will be shown live) to elliminate unecessary branding repetition and colour bleed between the two. 2. Consider Expo branding from the floor area to digital maps to delegate badges. Consistent colour usage to designate zones can be very helpful to attendees - a blue carpet for example, could highlight a floor area, be a blue zone on a digital map and experts in that area could have blue badges. 3. Top and tail video content with appropriate branding to set the scene, tell the story and then bring the audience back to the brand with an added call to action.

A day for exciting news: We are launching a show to address the challenges and opportunities facing the elemental audience! The launch details for elementalLONDON 2025 are below, but suffice to say that our goal is to offer the combination of exciting exhibition and compelling content that has proved so successful with InstallerSHOW. The two shows will complement each other, with elementalLONDON offering a great opportunity to talk about making buildings better, bringing building operators, owners, contractors and their supply chains together.
