HOT MESS🥵 FREEDOM🇺🇸 Is the idea of freedom meant to unite? I always thought so… Freedom used to be the means by which diversity was celebrated and new ideas unleashed. In reality today, it splinters into radical discord. It has become the point of divisive contention. French philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau saw freedom as obedience to the law one gives oneself. Law originates in the entity as the supreme judge of right and wrong. Deemed autonomous and self-determining, the entity’s ultimate goal in life is the remaking of the “self” to achieve self-realization and self-fulfillment. With denial of any limits or boundaries to experience; nothing is forbidden in the taking care of “The Self”. My take? That final summation sentence is a jacked up distorted vision of freedom. How REFRESHING to see an #agnostictech platform uniting fragmented data and organizations, collaborating…instead of building even higher #datasilos to leave friction, innovation and reduced-NOI in the dust. Legacy thinking and tech platforms play “King George” (Hamilton reference) with their clients wanting to adopt new tech. “ You’ll be back!” is their manifesto. Freedom is not Free, and Multifamily Entrepreneurs are revolutionaries shining light in the dark and freeing companies held hostage by old ideas and disjointed technologies.
