Can we talk comp plans? Do you feel like people are still attracted to comp plans that offer a big upside to those leaders with massive teams? So the emphasis is on recruiting and team building. OR Are they leaning towards instant cash where they get a bigger commission percentage for their personal sales and may be their first 1-3 levels? Emphasis is more on sales than recruiting. Essentially what they can control. I believe it’s the latter, even for top leaders with influence. We live in a world where social influencers are making 6-7 figures through partnerships and commissions. So people aren’t as keen to recruit and team build. That’s just my opinion and happy to be wrong. I would love to know what you are seeing in the field. #directsales #networkmarketing #mlm #affiliatemarketing

I'm always aware about what sort of content I'm consuming. Someone rightly said, "Following right set of people on social media always make you learn, grow your network and also bring you perspectives. You adopt so much from the people you follow". On LinkedIn 3 sort of connections help you grow: 1- Connecting with your seniors/leaders/mentors 2- Connecting with your field experts/influencers 3- Connecting with HR personnel/recruiters Believe it or not, once you start building connections and growing your network, you'll find infinite doors opening for you! Let me know if this was useful :) Credits: Hustle #linkedingrowth #personalbranding #linkedinlearning

❌ Being an influencer is NOT indicative of whether or not you can be a successful social media manager. You can have 1 follower or 1 million followers on your personal account, but your account is just that. PERSONAL. It shouldn't be reflective of how well you can do your job nor should it be considered in a professional hiring process. #socialmediamarketing #socialmediamanager

With yesterday's job alerts, I received many DMs, so I thought I could do the opposite: Calling all Founders/CEOs looking to hire Influencer Marketing Managers, DM me your job ad or a short description. Then I can create a big splash post in the upcoming days to get even more matches for both parties. ✌ #influencermarketing #founders #brands

4 Reasons CEO and leaders should be active on linkedin The CEO of an organization becomes a natural influencer on social media platforms. - Four times as many employees would rather work for a CEO who uses social media than one who doesn't. - When thinking about joining a company, 82% of workers will look up the CEO online. - Half of the investors use digital and social media to find out what top executives are saying. - financial readers (91%) and employers (78%) believe that a CEO should communicate on social media during a crisis. But for executives, getting social media right isn’t easy. Time limits, safety worries, and strategy queries can make it hard to create a social media presence that really helps your business Let's discuss.. Leaders and managers are not the same! Just ask anyone (except HR postings). Try Google. But... Whether you are in a Management Role or Leadership Role (and there is goodness to both despite what some LinkedIn influencers and pretty graphic makers would have you believe). There really are some key similarities. Like taking care of yourself. Because your team is watching. And learning. So take a break when you need to. Take some self-care. Because if you don't, that key person probably won't. And the team will probably fail. And viewed through either lens, that's bad. So take care of yourself to take care of the team. In case no one has already told you, it's OK. (clearly not an influencer as I have no awesome graphics, but trust me)

📊 The Social Media Gap Among Fortune 500 CEOs: A Missed Opportunity? A recent study by CEO.com reveals that a staggering 68% of Fortune 500 CEOs lack any social media presence. Of the 32% who do, a mere 8.3% are active on Twitter, and just 69% of those have tweeted in the last 100 days. Interestingly, LinkedIn stands out as the platform of choice, with 27.9% of CEOs maintaining profiles here. 🔍 Why This Matters In today's digital age, a robust social media presence isn't just a nice-to-have; it's a crucial aspect of modern leadership. Executives who actively engage on platforms like LinkedIn can: - Enhance Brand Trust: Build a personal connection with customers, partners, and employees. - Share Insights: Offer thought leadership and industry insights that position them as influencers. - Network Effectively: Connect with peers and potential collaborators in a professional setting. 🤔 Questions for Consideration - How can we encourage more CEOs to embrace social media? - What role can active social media engagement play in a company's overall strategy? - Are there risks we need to manage with a higher social media presence for top executives? Let's foster a discussion on the value of social media in executive leadership. Share your thoughts and experiences below! 👇 #Linkonize #PR #Leadership #SocialMedia #CEO #Networking #DigitalTransformation #LinkedIn

Why a CI program should not only be part of the marketing and social media strategy, but also firmly anchored in the business strategy! ✨ Regardless of whether my goals are, for example, sales growth or employer branding, it is inevitable that some roles in the company will inevitably have to act as corporate influencers. Why is that the case? 🔎 1️⃣ Managing directors, board members, and founders are the number one brand ambassadors. They are the face of the company. If they don't set a good example, it's only a matter of time before the others lose motivation too. 2️⃣ Representatives or sales managers in particular work in close contact with customers. They are often the first point of contact with the company. A poor digital presence can not only diminish the success of their work, but also have a negative impact on the perception of the company. 3️⃣ Studies show that around two-thirds of a company's reputation is determined by the reputation of its leaders. A good corporate influencer program makes it possible to report transparently on the stories within the company and thus communicate culture, values, or vision to stakeholders. It's the boss's business! There is only one challenge: They don't know any better! Solution: So make sure you get visibility and transparency in the boardroom to convince them. Work hard and achieve better results. 💪 PS: Anyone who wants to participate beyond that should be supported without question! Share your story on LinkedIn so that recruiters can get to know you. Beyond every profile is a human being full of dreams, challenges, and the capacity to grow. Recruiters are on the lookout for more than skill—they seek individuals. As a PM lead, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about hitting targets; it’s about: • Demonstrating Empathy • Telling a Story • Maintaining a Positive Mindset • Being Agile Brush aside negativity, as those who criticize are projecting their insecurities. You’re more than a series of job titles and endorsements. It’s 2024. We’re all influencers, right? 😉 #CareerGrowth #AuntheticSelf #JobSearchJourney
