I chose Avery as my nominee due to her willingness to learn and better herself and her life and her career. She's when she gets her mindset to do something, she really takes off with it and she makes sure she does it. She she gets along with everybody. She's just all around great person. Well, when I'm first met Avery, I knew I would like Avery because she was very, she's very bubbly person. She she, she likes to talk just like me. So we got along in that aspect. I knew that she would be right for this program just by talking with her that very first time we met. When I first met Mario, I instantaneously liked him. He was great, friendly. What I really admired most about him is he was not judgmental. And you know, I had a huge problem with that. You know, I didn't have a good starting life and was judged quite a bit. And he believed in me and that was really. Huge like motivator for me to strive to achieve the things that I set my goals to. He was always there to put a smile on my face. You know when I was like, I don't know what I'm doing, what do I do next? She has grown a lot. She's grown. She's earned 4 certificates with us. She's grown personally, as far as herself, knowing what she wants, where When I first met her, she was unsure. But now she knows for sure what she wants in life. She knows the path that she needs to take, and she started taking that path. Debated was the simple fact of achieving something because I've had many failures throughout my early adulthood and it was just it was a good feeling and you know, just knowing that I'm bettering my life from what I was at. You know, I wasn't very very good person at at a time. So it was just. The fact that I was bettering my life was a huge motivator. I am super grateful of goodwill. I don't know exactly if I would have even went to go about trying to do certain these certificates and things like that and these courses without the help of goodwill. So it's just when I went in for my interview with IV, it was it was just I felt super confident, which I've never really had that and I probably would have never had that if I wanted taken these courses. I was truly excited that she won. I knew that this is something that that would push her. She would be like, OK, I got accomplished this and it might open the door for him to challenge her to do something even more. Congratulations, I'm so proud of you. I just, I wanted to stay in touch and see you go further and further. For sure you can do it, I know you can.
