ThreeWill recently adopted a flexible PTO policy. It will be interesting to see how this impacts how, when and how often people take PTO. While there is no cap on PTO, it does have to be approved to ensure that our client commitments are met. Has anyone else moved to this type of PTO policy? If so, how do you like it?
