I thought that GoPro China produces cameras in China for non-US bound cameras. I live in the USA, so why did I receive a Camera made in China? Is Hero12 Black also produced in the USA?
Please add more frame rate options such as 48/50. This is improtant for the pros & also the reason why they’d buy from gopro’s competitors

Have been using the Hero-11 and its definitely better than the previous versions, but the battery time and the heating up issue hasnt been addressed as yet… Lets see what Hero-12 Does in the coming months (Practically)…. Keep improving…

11moChère communauté, Je vous partage ici mon incompréhensible et désastreuse expérience avec le Support GoPro. Voilà 13 ans que j’utilise des GoPro, que je prends la nouvelle tous les ans depuis la hero1 en 2010, sans compter la fusion puis la Max. J’ai initié le 4 juillet 2023, une demande de remplacement des lentilles de ma GoPro MAX, rayées par ma faute, et j’étais donc prêt à payer pour cela. Le SAV m’a informé que comme j’étais abonné à GoPro, j’allais avoir une GoPro Max neuve en déboursant environ 100€. Bonne nouvelle. Je procède donc à un pré-paiement en ligne, j’envoie les infos demandées et j’expédie ma GoPro Max par leur bon de transport UPS le 6 juillet 2023, qui sera livrée le 11 juillet en Hollande chez GoPro. Je relance à plusieurs reprises durant 3 mois, mais mes demandes de rappel téléphonique sur le support en ligne restant désormais sans réponse, je décide d’utiliser le chat le 16 octobre, pour au moins demander à récupérer ma GoPro, achetée à plein tarif sur leur site en janvier 2021. Et là, la personne de GoPro m’annonce au bout de 5min qu’elle ne peut rien faire pour moi et qu’elle va devoir mettre fin à la conversation. Bref GoPro vient de me voler à proprement parler ...
