Celebrating Two Years at GORDALE NURSERIES LIMITED Today marks two years as People Manager at Gordale Garden Centre—a journey filled with growth, challenges, and rewarding moments. In this time, I’ve enhanced employee well-being, strengthened policies, supported training and development, and contributed to strategic planning across people and business operations. I’ve also been proud to lead on events, employee activities, and reward and recognition initiatives.
