Get your screenings. Early detection leads to better outcomes.
Did you know that current preventative health guidelines recommend regular colorectal cancer screenings at age 45? Does anyone like to talk, think about, or look forward to their first colonoscopy? Absolutely not, because it's kind of gross and uncomfortable. It's not really how I'd prefer to spend my day. But discomfort is way better than #cancer.
