7moThis is one great organization! We have such dedicated, caring & compassionate staff & volunteers, & an all-volunteer Board of Directors & Advisory Board. I am honored to serve this dynamic organization led by Elliot Sloyer. If you've ever needed a piece of durable medical equipment (DME) after an injury or surgery, or because of a medical need, then you know just how costly this can be. We are so grateful to the many people who have donated their no-longer-needed equipment to us so we can sanitize it & make it available for others in need. There is no fee to borrow our equipment, but a donation is always welcome. It has been such a thrill to watch this grass roots program grow & now outgrow our original site so that now we need two locations just to meet the needs of the people in our ever-enlarging greater Connecticut area. Borrow a piece of equipment that you need; give us an item you no longer need; and of course, as a not-for-profit, we always welcome your tax-deductible monetary donations that help offset our costs.
