These first few months working with such talented people at this agency have been more than enjoyable 💪. Here some of the best things that have made each day better than the last: 🎯An incredibly effective onboarding process. Everything was so clear that there was no room for doubt (and if there is, they sort it out and document it in Notion right away haha) 🙌Always open to discussing ideas and taking risks to try them out. 🌎Very team-oriented (Especially managing the time zone differences). 🧪Focused on results by trying different strategies. In such a changing environment, there are no set rules. This leads me inevitably to: 🔥People who aren't afraid to admit when they don't know something. Instead, they recognize that it's when there's no formula that the best ideas come out. And this is just the beginning. I'm thrilled to be part of this unconventional digital agency. Let’s do this!🎳🚀
Welcome to Alts! 🌟 Meet our nature lovers Mario Benites Valdivieso & Talia Lage, and sport lovers Gabriel Lachinski Lopes & Maria Fernanda Sousa Coelho 🚀 Mario is an avid traveler, always ready to explore new landscapes and hidden gems around the world, and Talia finds her bliss at the beach, where she spends every possible moment enjoying the sun, sand, and sea! Gabriel is a big soccer fan who would rather watch a Libertadores game any day to a Champions League match, and Maria loves dancing so much she’s probably always grooving between her calls! Let's twirl under the sun to the sound of beach waves as Libertadores wins yet another game! 💪

Spotlight on this initiative 🚨! Growing up in an environment as a young athlete , it was only a matter of channeling my focus in developing my performance abilities and skills as an athlete. The only dissected focus adapatations I experienced in those days was different types of trainings such as strength training, circuit training just to name a few. It serves well. However, as a young athlete, I am burning on testosterone, muscle growth is sporadic and adaptation is a lot more easier. The importance of nutrition and the application of nutrition practices is a crucial component to developing the young athlete for a number of reasons ; 1. The longevity of my career . Why ? Nutrition is the foundation of successful recovery by a number of practices that I wish I knew or atleast wish I was exposed to during those years. - due to inadequate trainings , or recovery periods at a young age as we step into adulthood our bodies experience adaptation at a different level. Following this progression as a young athlete, occurrences such as injuries deter the development and setbacks are often prolonged to support the physical wellbeling of the injury. - but none of this is highlighted in the aid of the application of sport nutrition and it’s fundemental influences on recovery. Even though this post is an act of mindfulness handed to players to know and see what they physically are consuming, such activities allow athletes to appreciate what they consume and understand what they are consuming. The next step is only to fulfill their knowledge on how and when nutrition practices should be applied! #longercareer #healthyandyoung Good for you and your foundation Bernd SteinhageYoung Bafana Soccer

Daytime appearance, nighttime demeanor. The initial allure, confidence, and anticipation. You may require a crucial team member possessing all the necessary qualities for a role. But what about the reserved one? The individual in the corner who prefers not to draw attention, boast, or be categorized. You may have come across the quote often attributed to Einstein, "Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." This saying is frequently used and rightfully so; it holds true. But what if I told you about a video featuring an actual Beluga whale playing fetch? Could a fish climb a tree after all? Who's to say? While this may sound like an absurd notion, if you hadn't seen this video, wouldn't you have thought the same about the whale? So when I mention presence, especially in a team member, do you assess "presence" prematurely? There was no reason I should have excelled as a rugby player because at the time I was a hockey player. I had never held an egg-shaped ball, and on my first session, I thought my team were cheering me on when they were actually shouting you’re passing the wrong way. Having not learned the passing back rule. Not so genius, and with the presence of a dedicated coach, a belief in what was achievable, and a drive to always improve, I became fixated on achieving peak performance. Presence, undoubtedly, is crucial. I firmly believe that a key to living happily is to be fully immersed in the present moment with your complete presence, and that is a skill that can be developed. What are your thoughts?
Absolutely incredible. It doesn't matter where you're from, who you are, or even what you are - Rugby is for you. This beluga passes better than some guys I've seen on the field. 😜🤣

A seasoned and adept professional communicator with a strategic mindset and a strong belief that collaboration is the key for positive societal impact.
It is only really with a pause in racing today (there is no wind), that one has time to reflect on the enormity of what has happened over the past couple of days. On Saturday we saw Group A, so the America's Cup teams women’s teams, racing. And, not wishing to bang on about it, but this is the FIRST time that there has EVER been a women’s event in the America’s Cup! So shout out to Grant Dalton and his team for getting this off the ground! But perhaps, for me, what added to the sense that we are witnessing something special, was when Group B, so the invited teams from Canada 🇨🇦, Spain 🇪🇸, the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Germany 🇩🇪, Sweden 🇸🇪 and Australia 🇦🇺, had their first day of racing yesterday. It was really emotional, in a way more so than the previous day - these six teams have fought really hard to get here, and most have had very little time on the water and/or in the SIM to get to grips with the AC40. When we wrote the Strategic Review into Women in Sailing, the one clear message from the research of some 7000 women, was #opportunity. The #opportunity to take part, the #opportunity to belong and the #opportunity to have a space in this sport to be able to perform at the very top level. There is absolutely no doubt that all 12 women’s teams are relishing this platform and the #opportunity for 48 women to be part of one of the premier events in sailing, and in sport. Something that Hannah Mills eloquently reinforces in this interview with Matthew Sheahan for #PlanetSail So bring it on! 💪 Both groups are back out racing tomorrow and, with four races in each group scheduled, there is very strong competition to win a podium place in each respective group, and therefore qualify for the semi finals. And if a team in Group B were to win the Puig Women's America's Cup , then that would be a real fairy tale ending. And, as in fairy tales, anything can happen...

As I read this it made me wonder how this applies in the military. When we have people who take all the credit for a successful mission or goal achievement without giving credit to all those that contribute it damages the team in multiple ways. Over the years I’ve had many clients in my office lament over the people who took all the credit and how it affected the work center to include the team members’ mental health. I love this athlete’s approach to taking feedback and humbling himself to ensure he is being the best for his team not just himself. Do you live in a work culture that eats its own to be the best individual or rewards the team for success? Are there situations where the focus on individuals works better? Regardless, there is a always bigger goal in the military.

"Kolisi is not the biggest thing in South Africa. South Africa is the biggest thing in South Africa" Following defeat to Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) in the pool stages of the Rugby World Cup France 2023, South Africa director of rugby, Rassie Erasmus, spoke about captain Siya Kolisi in a team debrief session. I think this footage highlights some of the personal qualities that contribute to Kolisi being such a great player and leader. He is able to take on board what was said in the team meeting and then reflected on his own behaviour as a team mate, whether he's putting himself above others, and the extent to which he is adding value to the group. When watching the video, I also thought about the environment that was created in the South African team, which is about direct and honest communication, and the players putting their nation before their own needs. I think this a great lesson regarding how we can react to criticism in a positive way and how to generate a self-less environment in which the overall goals are bigger than any one individual.

4 Copa America Group Winners are Coached by Argentinian Coaches. Should we launch a coaching education experience? Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, and Colombia. All four nations won their groups at Copa America and share another commonality: they are all led by Argentine coaches. 🇦🇷 Argentina - Coach: Lionel Scaloni 🇻🇪 Venezuela - Coach: Fernando Batista 🇺🇾 Uruguay - Coach: Marcelo Bielsa 🇨🇴 Colombia - Coach: Nestor Lorenzo Seven out of the 16 participating nations have an Argentine in the dugout. This trend isn't new: the 2015 and 2019 Copa America tournaments also showcased the dominance of Argentine managers. Argentine coaches are renowned for their tactical acumen and adaptability to South American football’s cultural idiosyncrasies. Why are Argentine coaches so highly sought after? It’s a blend of football heritage, tactical knowledge, and the ability to adapt culturally. Should we bring this wealth of knowledge to a coaching education experience? Thoughts? #CopaAmerica #ArgentineCoaches #Football #Soccer #CoachingExcellence #InfinityGlobalSports

Many people ask me who will win the European Championship 2024.When i said 2018 and 2022 that Croatia is one of 3 top favorite teams, even my close friend was joking with me.Same as i said after first game of Marocco, that this team is hungry enough to win a 🏅first time in history of african football. Yesterday i saw Portugal vs Croatia. For me the 2 main candidates. Both teams, with arround 20 equal top players but still with a team menthality. The main reason why i choose this 2 nations, that both teams have also several game changer, who can decide a game even if the team dont perform. As third candidate i want to add Denmark.A team with the best physical stuff of all teams.A team with high running performance and team spirit. Also their corners and free kicks are on highest level. What is your opinion my community?
