USCIS announced a groundbreaking development in its commitment to customer service excellence and transparency! Today, myProgress (formerly known as personalized processing times) is expanding to include Form I-821 and Form I-485. Initially, this innovative tool will be exclusively available for family-based or Afghan special immigrant I-485 applicants. myProgress is a cutting-edge online tool offering applicants personalized estimates for major milestones in their case, from application receipt confirmation to final case decision. These estimates, based on case type and historical patterns, provide a unique insight into the immigration journey. This expansion aligns with USCIS' commitment to Executive Order 14058, focusing on transforming federal customer experience. By reducing the need for case status inquiries, USCIS aims to enhance the experience of those it serves, consistent with its broader Strategic Plan. 🌟 Immigration and Nationality Fee Updates 🌟 Starting from October 4th, there will be important changes to immigration and nationality fees in the UK. 👉 Notable Changes: 1️⃣ Visit Visa (up to 6 months): +£15 to £115 2️⃣ Student Visa (from abroad): +£127 to £490, matching in-country application fee 3️⃣ Various other fee adjustments for different visa types, including work, study, indefinite leave to remain, travel documents, health and care visas, sponsorship certificates, and more. 4️⃣ Settlement priority service fee reduction to align with priority service cost. 5️⃣ Adjustments for applications to Register and Naturalise as a British Citizen and the User Pays Visa Application service. Please note-  these changes do not include the planned increase to the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) which are scheduled to be introduced later in the Autumn.
