This month marks National Mentoring Month, a month to celebrate and raise awareness about the power and impact of mentoring. We recently spoke with Laura Dowson-Eastwood, one of our mentees to find out how she’s finding her experience working with a mentor here at NFU Mutual. This week has been one of celebration, inspiration and opportunity. Being a mentor is hugely rewarding, being a mentee is highly enlightening.
