At MAX, reconciliation is embedded in how we work. Over the past year, we’ve continued to support Indigenous voices, build cultural capability, and strengthen partnerships with Indigenous communities. Here are some highlights from our journey:  - New programs on Indigenous Cultural Capability and the Effects of Racism.  - Enhanced onboarding and peer support for Indigenous staff.  - Partnerships with 22 Indigenous businesses, including Ethan Indigenous, a - - Supply Nation-certified business driving social impact.  - Continuing Indigenous Health Yarning Groups for customers in Murgon. We also marked a leadership milestone, with Eddie Mills, a proud Wagedagam man, stepping into the role of Chair of our Indigenous Advisory Committee. These achievements reflect our commitment to reconciliation, guided by our third Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2024–2026.

This fundamental concept reaffirms the importance of including Aboriginal voices, perspectives, and experiences in discussions that directly impact our community and businesses. By ensuring that Aboriginal businesses are actively involved in decision-making, we uphold our autonomy and advocate for policies and initiatives that reflect our needs and aspirations. Lsaran changes everyone involved and the community as a whole. 📈 This cycle of growth is not just about organising quality events - it’s about changing lives. For many, Lsaran becomes a gateway to new friendships, professions, and habits. 🔸 It all began with me coaching the initial team, sharing my experience in teamwork and collaboration. Today, those early adepts are mentoring the next generation. Every interaction, whether it’s training our dedicated team or guiding new volunteers, inspires not only skills but also a spirit of commitment, responsibility, and effective communication - a culture that enriches both their personal and professional lives. But the impact doesn’t stop there - our volunteers take these values home, spreading them within their families and communities. ✅ The result? A stronger, more connected Armenian community, where the values we nurture have a lasting, transformative effect. Lsaran isn’t just an event. It’s a catalyst for meaningful, enduring change.
