What metrics/KPIs should you consider when optimizing your cold email campaign? Why are they important, and how do you optimize them? Here are the most vital metrics, mentioned in order of importance: 1. Revenue 2. Positive Replies 3. Positive Reply Rate 4. Bounce Rate 5. Reply Rate 6. Cold Email is a numbers game. Get 20 Email Inboxes. Send 400 Emails per day. Split test 4-8 different angles of your offer. Positioning your offer in different ways and seeing which aspect your target market is most interested in. More clients, high conversion rates, less no-shows, time saved on ops, etc. And make your angles tangible. X result in Y time frame (using Z method). Let your campaign run for 1 month (or until you‘ve sent 500+ Emails for every angle) and determine the winner: The angle that brought you the most positive replies, calls booked, clients closed. No emotion, no magic. The numbers win.
