#GoodAttitudeMakesGoodPerformance What it Means to Be an Agency At MONQ, our journey is driven by one simple yet powerful motto: "Good Attitude Makes Good Performance." But what does a good attitude mean to us? ▸ Always striving for improvement and growth. ▸ Practicing kindness and empathy, no matter the situation. ▸ Embracing collaboration as the key to progress. We believe that growth begins with attitude—whether it's through meaningful relationships with colleagues or valuable interactions with clients. But no matter where it begins, a good attitude becomes the foundation for trust, creativity, and innovation. Quality is a given—but for us, it all begins with service. Our philosophy is simple: advertising agency business is like the service industry, built on a cycle of respect, care, and collaboration. This service-first mindset drives our creativity, strengthens partnerships, and fuels steady, sustainable growth. And it’s this approach that has brought us to where we are today—and where we are heading next. #MONQ #AdTech #CreativeAgency #ServiceFirst #Vietnam #Korea

Hello smart society, today i had a simple discussion for me,but verry passional for a good friend, which has a contract with a American company, thrue the european branch. So, the conclusion is that several key colleagues are sherching the best way to escape from the company after 10 years, of course new management was intalled, hi&middle, and all the team can see the wekkeneses of the new management team after 4 months! Conclusions is that business is weekening all arownd Europe, the new management has wrong direction, lossing the old team in this case is not a winning card, and never the less… stability in n this times can be The Key for the future of the company and new young team mates!!! Hope my review is usefull for all the individuals reaching this simple thougts! Be well, Adrian😉!

Founder and CEO | Driving Innovation and Growth at Uplands OneTelco and The People's Operator | OneVision OnePurpose OneTelco
Reputation: What’s Yours Built On? After more than 30 years in the industry, I’ve learned one truth: Your reputation is either your greatest asset or your biggest liability. It’s not something you’re given - it’s something you’ve earned, brick by brick, decision by decision. Take a moment - right now - to ask yourself: What does your reputation say about you? Is it built on integrity, reliability, innovation, or something else entirely? Matthew Street in Liverpool, where I’m standing in this photo, after meeting with a potential new customer, is famous for its history - the birthplace of The Beatles, a place where legends were made. But the same question applies: Are you building your own legacy (The Beatles), or just living off borrowed credibility (Oasis - sorry Oasis fans)? Here’s a challenge for you - take 10 minutes today and reflect on your reputation. Think of 3 key moments that shaped it: 1: When was the last time you made a tough decision that tested your values? 2: Can you recall a time where you went the extra mile and it made all the difference? 3: Have you ever taken responsibility for something that wasn’t your fault - because it was the right thing to do? Feel free to share ☝ Now ask yourself: Are these the moments that define you? Are they the legacy you want to leave behind? At Uplands OneTelco, reputation isn't just a word on our website. It's the foundation on which we deliver results that matter, and have done since 1979 - not just for us, but for our customers. We’re not just another telco - we’re the one that puts relationships and outcomes before anything else. What does your reputation say about you? #Leadership #Reputation #Legacy #UplandsOneTelco #OneVisionOnePurposeOneTelco #LiverpoolLegacy

We are creatures of habit; no doubt and change can be 'scary'. It never ceases to amaze me that when I talk about change people always assume they are losing something. We can show you how change means gaining so much more than you currently have.'KNOW Me or NO Me' is the key. If you happen to be at Corent in KL in March join us. If not let's connect. Knowledge is only powerful when it is shared for a better outcome. #KorusGroup #wps #corenetglobal #strategicpartnerships

The separation of white and black Kumuls players during meals or social activities reflects deeper social and cultural dynamics. Despite being part of the same team representing Papua New Guinea, historical divisions and societal norms may influence interactions. It's crucial for team cohesion and national representation that players mix and build relationships beyond these divides. Encouraging shared experiences can foster unity, understanding, and collaboration. Team-building activities, inclusive social events, and open discussions about these issues could help bridge the gaps. Ultimately, creating an environment where all players feel valued and connected is essential for the team's success and the spirit of unity they represent.
