Behavioural integrity. The alignment (or mismatch) between a brand's words and deeds. Aka: does your brand walk the talk? Just create some basic parameters around your brand's voice, goddamnit! When customers notice a disconnect between what a brand says and does –– or in this case, how it presents itself across platforms –– trust takes a hit. Don't be like Wim. AUTHENTICITY Organization should always act on their true values to inspire the masses. Inspire customers and employees by sharing a story that illustrates the company’s purpose, cause, or belief. By doing so, customers and employees can identify themselves with it, or at least rally behind it. However, it is important that the story is sincere and genuine.
