🤦♀️So … if you know me you know I can’t live without my digital kitchen scale. ➡ Here’s why: I spend so much of my day doing workout and meal programs and my digital kitchen scale keeps me on track with size of my meals. It’s always there making sure I don’t overeat, or undereat.
