🌟 Celebrating International Women's Day 2024: Inspire Inclusion! 🌟   This year's campaign theme is meant to remind the world of the importance of fostering an environment where every woman feels valued, respected, and included.   What I am SO PROUD of at GraceMed is we are not just inspiring it, WE ARE LIVING IT!!   Women are leading the way at GraceMed: -87% of our workforce are women, representing a powerhouse of talent and expertise -78% of our leaders are women, guiding our organization with vision, compassion, and resilience -100% of our compassionate nurses are women, providing unwavering support and care to our patients every day -86% of our outstanding ND's are women, driving innovation and holistic care in our clinics -69% of our esteemed physicians and treatment providers are women, bringing expertise, empathy, and excellence to patient care   GraceMed is a platform which showcases successful women and DELIVERS BUSINESS RESULTS - The work of these women grew GraceMed by 35% last year. And we grew patient satisfaction, employee happiness and the bottom line too!   Having professional women in key roles and delivering concrete results is powerful. We can be the models for young women to see and be inspired to reach for more in their careers.   I am proud to celebrate these professional women's results. Acknowledging the financial contribution of women is paving the way for a more equitable and just society.
