I'm leading two discussions at the ASU+GSV Summit focused on accessibility and innovation and why its imperative to build an inclusive organization from the start. When accessibility is interwoven into every facet of business operations, it elevates everyone—employees, customers, and the community at large - not just those with disabilities. Come meet me in San Diego and join these important conversations. #ai #executivesearch #disabilityinclusion #edtech

Good vibes yesterday and today at the #GEPforum2024 related to international education cooperation. Good networking, exchange of experiences, smiles. At the same time i am wondering if we have truly captured dimension of learning opportunities amids digital and social disruptions taking place globally? What is the (renewed) role of formal learning institutions in supporting and integrating all those informal, community driven and social learning activities, which we are experiencing through interconnected digital and AI driven platforms and tools outside our formal education and learning - every day? We could narrow the gap in GEP and talk more about co-learning, about digital and social spaces, where everyone is contributing and learning by doing, by being connected, by being exposed to exchange of knowledge and skills.
🌍 Our session "Driving Digital Transformation: Results and Reflections from Higher Education Collaborations," at #GEPforum2024 brought together experts from #TFK, #Erasmus+, and #HEIICI projects, who shared their experiences advancing digital transformation in education with Global South partners. Through real-world examples from three collaborative projects, attendees explored how digital solutions are enhancing learning across diverse programs and regions. The panelist highlighted especially the importance of the local context in transforming digital pedagogy. We are proud to support such innovative partnerships driving the future of global education! Thank you for leading the panel Jaakko Vuorio and thank you for sharing your insightful examples Kaisa Jokinen (she/her), Niina Käyhkö and Tilly Andersson! #HigherEd #DigitalTransformation #GlobalPartnerships

🌟Excited to Share My First Article as Part of TKS Innovate!🌟 Since joining The Knowledge Society (TKS) in September, I’ve been on an incredible journey of learning, growth, and innovation. TKS is a 10-month program designed to help young people like me explore emerging technologies, develop problem-solving skills, and tackle challenges that matter. Recently, I published my first article, where I explore CRISPR-Cas9 as a potential prenatal solution for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). This was an incredible opportunity to dive into the intersection of genetic engineering and healthcare and reflect on how emerging technologies can address critical medical challenges. I’d be honored if you took a moment to read my article: CRISPR-Cas9: A Prenatal Solution for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. It’s a topic I’m deeply passionate about, and I’d love to hear your thoughts or start a conversation about it. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my mentor Esther K. fellow innovators at TKS. Their guidance, encouragement, and collaboration have been instrumental in shaping my learning experience and pushing me to reach new heights. I’m excited to continue this journey and share more insights as I grow through TKS. #TKSInnovate #LearningJourney #EmergingTechnologies
