Also taking care of these 6 pointers - 🔹️Accountability 🔸️Ownership 🔹️Integrity 🔸️Collaboration 🔹️Innovation 🔸️Equality And the question "JECRC Incubation Centre, Foundation me krte kya ho❓️" -> waise toh JIC roj kuch na kuch Naya and innovative 💡 hi krte h. But now comes with a proud and exact answer: a title, a role, and a journey filled with experiences that have shaped me professionally and personally. Tarun Saraswat Sir (Chandryan 3) always said that schedule your day, work on numerous of things and keep endulge in something. From tackling👊 challenges head-on to celebrating✨️ team successes, every moment has been a building block in my career. Shivansh Agarwal & A Square Sir our seniors cum friends.😄 As they are very supportive and they himself engage in every activity, events or task() with us. For people who have studied at North Campus, Delhi University, the person in this picture needs no introduction. Corporate success definitely earns my respect, and even I strive to achieve professional respect with more time I spend in our community. However, the legacies that truly appeal to me are the ones earned by Mr. Suniil Sethi ji, the person in the picture. He has operated a bhelpuri stall in North Campus since 1984, and since then, not much has changed about his operations. He comes near Patel Chest, serves his popular bhelpuri, and repeats it all the next day. His biggest legacy is that he has served his bhelpuri to some of the brightest minds in the nation, and yet, everyone, no matter what position they hold today, comes to visit Uncle ji with the same enthusiasm and respect they had for him as students. For the brand, if we choose to refer it so, that Sunil ji has created, he could have considered expanding his business by scaling his operations through bigger shops or franchises. Yet, here he is, operating the same way as if it were day one. I don't recall him wearing any other cloths apart from his white kurta-pajama. Even today, he greets the fresh faces with same enthusiasm, joy and humbleness. Not many people get to live this kind of legacy, nor can it be planned or mapped out. This kind of success can only happen organically because love and affection cannot be modeled to predict success.
