#Summer may be gone but #BeachDays are here to stay! #Colbr crew hitting the sand on the first day of #October in beautiful #NewBrunswick #AtlanticCanada We can still conduct #PedestrianSurveys until the #snow flies! It has been a record #archaeology #fieldseason this year and as we #grow our #minds and our #team we are zeroing in on the #secretsauce that makes #CRM not only #sustainable for #archaeologists but also a #career for our hard-working #FieldTechs as #fulltime #salaried employees with #fullbenefits and annual #education budgets (it doesn’t even have to be work related #training). Everyone at Colbr is salaried! Everyone one makes AT LEAST a #livingwage (that’s our starting point)! We do #professionaldevelopment or #teambuilding every second Friday morning, did I mention we only work #FourDayWeeks ? Plus crew get #UnlimitedPTO in the #winter and we no longer have a #sickleave policy instead #trusting our staff. Why tell you this? A moment of gratitude: Although the climate of the job market is still in flux, and there is a lot of uncertainty in the daily search for work, I've found resolve in being able to pursue a few passion projects. Exciting News🚀🚀BRDGE Management has signed Julian Hammond III! Julian is the starting Point Guard for the University of Colorado Boulder Men’s Basketball Team. Starting BRDGE Management with Samson Gear was no easy feat. This industry is so new—there’s no handbook, no blueprint. From day one, we faced an uphill battle to get the right credentials and establish ourselves in a landscape that’s constantly evolving. We had to pivot, innovate, and, at times, completely reimagine our approach. We tried, we failed, and we got back up—over and over again. Each challenge only strengthened our ability to build something meaningful. We have connected with multi-million-dollar brands forming great relationships as we go with companies like Guayaki Yerba Mate, Q30 Innovations (Q-Collar), Get.Reco, Lifeway Kiefer, Crossover Culture, Go2 Devices, Unagi Scooters, & more. A big part of BRDGE’s momentum also comes from our incredible team of five unpaid student interns. The interns went through an extensive hiring process with over 15+ applicants. Each week, we meet to dive deep into the NIL industry, giving them hands-on experience in business development outreach and athlete development outreach. They’re not only learning the ropes but helping drive our growth in real time.
