A solid interview process will provide you much more success than any list of benefits can... I'm working with a client currently who have their ducks in a row. Here's what they do: - Interview slots booked in the diary for each interviewer, each week. - Feedback following interviews within 24hrs. - Weekly call with myself to align on what they want to see more/less of. - Short 2-stage process with all key hiring managers present. Do you need more stages to assess suitability? Probably not. Do you need to move quickly to ensure candidate engagement? 100% Ultimately, you're either hiring or you're not - if you are, do it with intent💪. Does this sound like your current process? I know this is controversial, but if I'm sure it's not the right fit, I like to give that feedback while the interview is still going on. Saves everybody time. You just have to do it empathically.
