Hey, I'm Ben, the Chief of Staff here at Grain. I'm excited to introduce to you our newest feature, Insights. The Insights page is a comprehensive dashboard that provides detailed metrics. From your recorded conversations. Whether your sales Rep looking to improve their sales pitch or customer service agent looking to improve client or actions, or even a manager trying to find coaching opportunities. The Insights page offers valuable data to help guide your efforts. Let's take a look at how the Insights page works, and then how we might be able to alley this in real life situations. Taking a look first here at the Interaction tab. The Interaction tab provides. A detailed breakdown of you and your teams communication metrics across 5 areas. Talk time, Longest monologue, Filler words. Talk speed. And patience. These metrics offer valuable insights into your communication style and help you identify areas for improvement. Now let's take a look at smart tags. Smart Tags uses AI to automatically identify topics and keywords in your conversations. The Smart tag dashboard shows the frequency of how often these. Topics and keywords appear in your conversations. You can use the Smart Tags dashboard and two key key ways. One, see the frequency of how often these might appear, and two, review the exact matches of the Smart tags in your conversations. By clicking on each of these tabs, you pull up a Smart Tag model that can show you the exact matches and where they appear in each conversation. Use the links here to take you. To the recorded conversations. Now let's consider a real world application for using Insights. Let's consider Ethan. Whose talk time ratio is over 60%, Ethan might come to the Insights dashboard and realize that he's talking too much in client conversations. Armed with this knowledge, Ethan works on breaking up his pitch by asking more questions. As he does this, his talk time ratio might shift further down to 45 to 55%. This helps them. Close rate. This helps him improve his close rate. As well as increase his communication skills. These are the types of insights where we hope that you're able to identify with Grains Insights Dashboard. And they can help you refine your communication skills. We're excited to see what you do with Insights, and we appreciate your support of Grain.
