Read on👇 At first sight, quite a surprising announcement by Chase , a respected leader in #BankingInnovation in the US. Here is what the bank is planning to do by 2027: ☝ open 500+ new branches across US, ☝ renovate 1,700+ existing branches, ☝ create 3,500+ jobs. However, the above plans don't seem to be in line with cutting costs by shifting customer engagement to m-banking applications. Chase are well aware of the investment needed, and even want to focus on low-income and rural communities.
