Although 99% of our services are accessible through the MyGP app, we recognize that many customers prefer to visit our centers in person, seeking personalized assistance from our representatives. Therefore, we are pleased to announce the opening of our new customer care center in Ambarkhana, Sylhet, designed to deliver a seamless experience to our customers. In keeping with Grameenphone’s dedication to fostering a green and eco-friendly ecosystem, we built this center with minimal use of paper and plastic, ensuring that all materials are recyclable. Our services here will be up to 99.99% paperless. Additionally, the center is decorated with elements of nature, including Shitolpati, a local heritage of Sylhet, reflecting the cultural essence of the region. As a responsible brand, Grameenphone continuously strives to undertake impactful initiatives that promote environmental care. The newly established “Shobuj (Green) Grameenphone Center” represents a significant step in fulfilling our desire to protect nature. We hope to inspire others to join us in our green efforts. This is amazing news! Finally, a customer care center that cares about the environment as much as we do! I can't wait to visit the green Grameenphone Center and see the beautiful Shitolpati decorations.
